Scott Breitlow: Co-President

Scott Breitlow is a corporate promotional products consultant for Brand Agents and has been an Arvada resident since 1997.  Originating from Wisconsin where his grandfather was a Milwaukee Police Seargent for 40 years, Scott has a passion to actively serve others in the community. He currently volunteers at Project Angel Heart, Spirit of Christ Catholic Church, Habitat for Humanity, Good Samaritan Purse, and the National Sports Center for the Disabled.

 

Cali Heese: Co-PRESIDENT

Cali is a Certified Public Accountant working in the accounting and finance department at Spectrum Retirement Communities and was born and raised in Arvada.  She has two small children and is passionate about serving the residents of Arvada through her involvement on the Board of the Northey Foundation. Cali enjoys playing soccer, hiking, snowshoeing and traveling in her free time.

 

Margaret Esler: SECRETARY

Margaret Olek Esler is an attorney at Polsinelli PC in Denver, practicing real estate law.  Margaret moved to Arvada in late 2015 from Phoenix, but is originally from West Lafayette, Indiana, a graduate of Purdue University (B.S., M.S.) and Indiana University (J.D.).  She lives in Arvada with her husband and two rambunctious dogs, and loves to volunteer her time with community organizations, travel, and read. 

 

Nancy Schmidt

Nancy retired from counseling in 2013 but continues to work at Seniors’ Resource Center in the role of Volunteer Coordinator and Trainer, and as a freelance Mediator.  Originally from New York, she’s lived in Colorado for 20 years and in Arvada for the last 4.  Nancy has volunteered with summer music and art festivals, Restorative Justice programs and with the Britton Park Neighborhood organization.

 

Juan Gallegos

Juan Gallegos is a 6th generation Coloradan. His work focuses on empowering historically marginalized students and youth in at-risk situations, as well as championing institutions that serve them well.  Juan currently promotes equity and inclusion at the Metropolitan State University of Denver.  He resides in Arvada with his partner, Abby, and dog, Luna, and in his free time enjoys the outdoors, leatherwork, soccer, and bonsai.

Bryan Archer: CPA, Director of Finance, City of Arvada

Mr. Archer has served the City of Arvada for 21 years in various roles including Director of Finance, Controller and other accounting roles.  In his current role with Arvada he has direct oversight of many activities including accounting, investments and debt management.  Bryan serves on various non-profit, retirement and investment boards.  Mr. Archer lives in Arvada with his wife and two daughters.

 

Brad Gagon: Arvada Police Patrolman

Brad Gagon has served the Arvada Police Department the past four years as a patrol officer and currently assigned as the School Resource Officer for several elementary schools. Brad is also the Special Olympics Liaison Officer, an Arvada Police Explorer Advisor, Crime Scene Specialist, and serves on the Child Abduction Response Team.  In his free time, Brad likes to be with his family and do outdoor activities in the mountains.
